Order Prints

All prints are made individually by me, Ron Seymour. They are printed on the finest archival papers using archival inks and should last a lifetime.

Note: The print sizes indicated are the paper sizes.  I leave some white space around the the image to accommodate the matting.

The prices are for unframed prints that will be carefully packed and shipped. Shipping cost is included in  the price for domestic (US) shipping.  The larger prints will be shipped in a heavy duty tube.

I can have them framed for you but it’s hard to know what kind of matting and framing you would want. I think it’s better if you have them framed yourself. If you do you should use either museum glass or Plexiglas (which is clearer than glass).

A Note About My Father: Maurice Seymour

Actually, there were two Maurice Seymours. The brothers Maurice Zeldman and Seymour Zeldman came to Chicago from Russia in 1920. After working for a few years for Bloom’s Studios in the State-Lake Building (“Bloom was the Maurice Seymour of his day,” says Maurice), they launched their own studio in 1929 atop the St. Clair Hotel (now called the Inn of Chicago) on Ohio Street.
